 Ready Key Program
We require two copies of your house key, which we will pick up at the Initial Visit (in which your Pet Sitter will meet you to get acquainted, pick up keys, and handle paperwork). If there is an emergency (flood, car wreck or the like) which prevents the scheduled Pet Sitter from making it to your home, this allows another Pet Sitter to retrieve the backup key from the office and take care of your pet(s). For your security, all keys that are not currently in use are stored in a secure lockbox. These keys are numbered, and do not have your name or address on them. If you choose to participate in our Ready-Key Program, we will keep both keys on file for future visits. This allows Kel's Critters to accept reservations for future services with less notice than is normally required. If neither key is ready at the initial visit, there will be a $10 pick-up charge, or you may mail them to us.
